Just when you thought the property market in Dubai and the UAE was about to go all wonky amidst rumours of 400 layoffs by email at one major developer it seems as though estate agents in Dubai may have something to cheer about.

The market is certainly far from buoyant but its certainly not in anywhere near as cloudy as the EU or US market, with deals becoming harder to come by collaboration and survival of the smartest seem to be the order of the day.  Boasting a private message system, forum and jobs section property faces will allow users to register their property for FREE, a delightful and well timed arrival for many of the property companies in Dubai I am sure.
