Property is the strongest market in Dubai and strong market sectors should always be supported by strong customer service centres. It is imperative for a business to have extremely strong customer support and feedback centres. Customer service is the back bone of any growing business and is quickly becoming a new revenue stream for product based business.
Dubai Property Companies have made it easier than ever for their valued customers to keep in touch and be informed. Whatever their schedule, and by whatever means of communication they prefer, consumers are always guaranteed the same excellent level of service. Property companies claim that their expertly trained customer service representatives are waiting to hear from their clients. That their Contact Center receives & responds to their customers every inquiry via telephone, email, fax or letter.
However I beg to differ, on many occasions I have been turned down by my property dealer. Him/Her not answering their phone or just plain out sending me emails that they are on my inquiry but not sending me a definite result has made me loose considerable time.
On being delayed over 4 months on my inquiry I decided to take matters into my own hands and walked in on the C.E.O. my Agent represented and asked him what was going on. He had no idea his customer service representative was back logging me for over 4 months.
I strongly suggest property companies get it together and invest some of their “selling effort” on “customer service consultancy”. I am sure they really need it now with the credit crunch hitting the world market. The best way for them to avoid unhappy customers is to pay some attention to their customer service representatives, train them properly and get them to do their job the right way.
