Human Resources Guru and Author of Strategic Human Capital Management , Jon Ingham was in Dubai this month, we caught up with him to understand exactly what he was up to in Dubai and his take on getting the best people into your business.

Basically not my type of 'adventure' is this so-called blogging. However i find it very, very interesting sometimes to put everything what i have in mind to writing - the black-and-white approach (nah - i just made up the words to just fill something in here). For some reason, people are amused to just blog there way out of their daily experiences and happenings (out of boredom perhaps? or curiousity - maybe) and some find it the easy way to get the mighty dollar in stockpiles (this is exaggeration but could be true).

Nothing really fancy here. We're on a soft-launching but i'll get back to you soon with 'tons' of goodness for this site, i promise!
